Finding an agent with the knowledge and experience neccessary can be a daunting task. But those qualities alone, are not enough. The agent you select, should also have the character and integrity you expect. Work with your schedule, and be able to communicate with you on a level you can understand.

I started in the Real Estate Industry in 1999.

Over the years, I have closed over one hundred transactions. I have the knowledge and experience required to guide you through the process.
But, as I said earlier, “those qualities alone, are not enough.”
I place my business and my Clients on a solid foundation built of my core values. Which are good character, integrity, honesty, kindness and helpfulness. That being said I am not afraid to do whatever it takes when negotiating a deal for my Clients. I am strong minded yet fair. Every transaction that I handle is personal to me. I want to ensure that every one of my Clients transactions are a positive experience.
One of the key factors that I have learned in all my years of Real Estate is this. Availability. Making myself available for my Clients is an absolute priority. I understand that we all live hectic lives and have extremely important schedules to keep. I do not work 24/7 but I am committed to being flexible. Realtor/Client communication and mutual respect are keys to the success of our Real Estate goals.
